OpenSesame is seeking a Sales Operations Manager, Channel & Partnerships to act as the operational partner for scaling partner business with clarity, efficiency, accountability, and predictability.

You will collaborate with Strategic Partner Managers, Partner Development, and Revenue Operations to improve partner motions from lead submission through quote-to-cash. This role emphasizes data-driven insight, automation, and strong cross-functional partnership.

Qualifications

• Manager-level judgment and strong business partnership required.
• Ability to influence change through data, processes, and systems.

Responsibilities

• Within 30 Days: Understand, Diagnose, and Prioritize with a deep dive into partner ecosystem and workflows.
• Within 60 Days: Improve process, visibility, and adoption with clearer standards for lead submission and reporting.
• Beyond 90 Days: Scale partner operations and strategic impact, building durable reporting for leadership.
