Elemica is seeking a Manager of Sales Operations to optimize global sales processes, reporting, and coordination. This fully remote role prefers candidates in the Eastern and Central time zones, with a salary of 120k–125k USD.

The role involves forecasting, pipeline management, and incentive compensation administration, collaborating with Sales leadership, Finance, HR, and Sales Enablement to provide reliable information and scalable processes.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations or a closely related role.
• Experience with forecasting, pipeline management, reporting, and CRM data quality.
• Strong Salesforce reporting and dashboard skills; familiarity with Excel or BI tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead weekly forecasting cycle and pipeline reviews with sales leaders.
• Maintain dashboards and reports covering bookings, pipeline, forecast performance, and quota attainment.
• Coordinate renewal and expansion reporting with account owners and Client Service teams.
• Support annual and in-year planning including territory analyses and quota allocation.
• Model and administer sales incentive compensation plans; maintain quotas and plan docs.
• Identify opportunities to simplify sales workflows and drive CRM enhancements.
• Partner with Sales Enablement to train on processes, reporting, and CRM use.
