Elemica, a leading digital supply chain company, seeks a Director of Revenue Operations to optimize forecasting, CRM data quality, and sales reporting across global teams. This role partners with Sales, Finance, HR, and Enablement to provide reliable information and drive actionable insights.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in Sales Operations or related role, preferably with enterprise B2B software or SaaS.
• Experience supporting international sales teams or supply chain tech is highly preferred.
• Hands-on with forecasting, pipeline management, reporting, and CRM data quality.

Aufgaben

• Forecasting and Sales Reviews: manage weekly forecasting, data checks, reports, and meetings.
• Pipeline Management: monitor stages, accuracy, and data quality in CRM.
• Sales Reporting: maintain dashboards for bookings, pipeline, quota attainment, and productivity.
• Sales Planning Support: analyze territories, coverage, and quota allocation.
• Incentive Compensation: support modeling and validation of commissions.
