Precision Medicine Group is seeking a Sales Operations & Analytics Associate to provide analytical, systems and operational support to the Commercial organization. You will develop dashboards, support pipeline and forecasting, and improve commercial workflows.

The role collaborates with Business Development, Finance, Marketing and cross‑functional teams, translating data into actionable insight while ensuring Salesforce processes, reporting definitions and data standards are applied consistently

Qualifications

• 5+ Years experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Commercial Operations, CRM Administration, Business Analytics or a related function.
• Hands-on experience supporting Salesforce and commercial reporting processes.
• Experience developing dashboards, reports and performance metrics for business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Understanding of CRM data governance, data quality standards and process compliance.
• Experience supporting pipeline management, forecasting and commercial performance reviews.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills; experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar BI tools preferred.
• Ability to work effectively across Business Development, Marketing, Finance and Operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards, KPI scorecards and commercial reporting for Business Development and Leadership.
• Analyze pipeline, forecasting, bookings, conversions and performance trends to provide actionable business insights.
• Deliver recurring and ad hoc reporting that supports strategic decision‑making.
• Identify risks, opportunities and performance gaps through data analysis.
• Utilize Salesforce, Excel, Power BI and other BI tools to improve reporting and visibility.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable CRM solutions.
• Support CRM projects including testing, integrations, user administration and data migrations.
