Kiavi is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to support the day-to-day Sales function. This role blends direct sales support, data integrity, and task automation within a hybrid, nationwide remote-friendly environment.

You’ll collaborate with Sales Reps, Leaders, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to drive efficiency. The ideal candidate has 1+ year in Sales Ops, Salesforce experience, and superb attention to detail, communication, and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in a Sales Operations capacity.
• Highly detail oriented with strong communication and analytical skills.
• Experience collaborating with sales, marketing and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Salesforce and Ops Console support contact for the sales team.
• Own Run the Business tasks: lead/account assignment, data integrity, email triage, dashboards.
• Identify improvements and automate processes to reduce manual work.
• File Jira tickets for production bugs and sales feedback; escalate as needed.
• Maintain documentation for sales processes and Run the Business tasks.
• Assist with build-side SalesOps: fields, Flows, layouts, and list views.
• Help in new sales tool setup, rollout, onboarding, adoption monitoring.
• Create and maintain standardized reports and dashboards to monitor pipeline health.
• Support Salesforce hygiene: data clean-ups and report notifications.
• Lead quarterly projects to elevate sales team efficiency.
• Assist in building Salesforce tools for the New Construction team.
