Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in a leadership role, with or without direct reports.
• Bachelors degree plus four years in B2B/B2C, communications, leadership, sales or marketing, or seven years in related fields.

Responsibilities

• Supervises development and implementation of plans for project logistics and quality checks.
• Coaches teams to deliver goals, milestones, and deliverables for moderately complex projects.
• Supervises external and internal engagements and makes formal presentations.
• Coaches teams on health insurance benefits and product offerings for follow-up questions.
• Manages data entry, reconciliation, and processes to ensure data integrity across teams.
• Guides strategy to meet KP mission, vision, and service offerings.
