Job summary

VALD is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to keep daily operations moving smoothly across sales, events, marketing, logistics, and leadership teams. This hands-on role emphasizes structure, collaboration, and ensuring projects stay on track.

You will support and improve internal processes, coordinate cross-functional projects, manage follow-ups, and help create clear workflows that increase team efficiency and accuracy across regions.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems.
• Experience in sales, sales support, operations, events, or a similarly fast-paced coordination role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Sales & CRM Support: Maintain trackers, work with CRM systems such as HubSpot, update data, prepare reports.
• Process Ownership: Build, document, and improve operational processes, SOPs, templates, trackers.
• Event, Travel & Logistics Coordination: Coordinate conferences, travel, shipments, inventory, resources with deadlines and budgets.
• Reporting & Data Analysis: Use Excel and internal tools to track KPIs and provide insights.
• Project Coordination & Problem-Solving: Own projects from planning to delivery; drive progress.
• Stakeholder Communication: Connect sales, marketing, operations, leadership and partners across time zones.
• Administrative & Leadership Support: Prepare recaps, presentations, budgets, and updates.
