Job summary

Vallen USA is seeking a Marketing & Events Specialist to lead integrated campaigns and events. The role blends event management, brand marketing, and sales support, requiring strong organization and cross-functional collaboration.

You will plan tradeshow strategies, manage budgets, and create compelling marketing assets, while coordinating with sales, vendors, and partners. This position offers remote-friendly work with onsite needs at our Belmont area facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Business or related field.
• 2–3 years in marketing or corporate event management.
• Willing to travel up to 20% and work outside business hours as needed.
• Experience supporting large events and managing event budgets.
• Strong project management, organization, and attention to detail.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication; proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with marketing automation and event management platforms is preferred.
• Basic design capabilities with Adobe Creative Suite a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute event strategies for tradeshows, conferences, and corporate events.
• Manage venue selection, vendor management, budgets, registration, and post-event reporting.
• Collaborate with sales and suppliers to ensure alignment and ROI.
• Create and manage brand marketing assets and campaigns.
• Support sales with marketing materials, emails, and digital campaigns.
• Organize and maintain marketing assets and coordinate merch production.
• Track KPIs and coordinate across teams to achieve objectives.
