Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in sales support and CRM operations.
• Experience supporting a sales team or senior executive in a B2B environment.
• Proficiency with scheduling tools (Outlook, Teams).
• Experience with contracts and document management.
• Clear, professional business writing for client-facing follow-ups.
• Ability to work remotely and manage your own workload.

Responsibilities

• Send follow-up emails and documents after external meetings.
• Coordinate meetings and schedules, including booking follow-ups.
• Keep Zoho CRM accurate and up-to-date; track opportunities.
