Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 1–3 years in sales support, business operations, marketing operations, or related fields.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day sales operations support to BD pros and Sales Support Managers.
• Assist with Salesforce setup, data entry, tracking, and reporting.
• Coordinate proposals, biographies, slides, and document reviews.
• Support outreach campaigns and event logistics to drive attendance.
• Learn multiple responsibilities and grow toward leadership within BD Operations.
