Job summary

Ping Identity is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to support revenue and partner operations from a remote location in the USA. The role focuses on analytics, KPI reporting, and executive materials to drive partner-led growth and cross-functional alignment.

The candidate will build dashboards, manage deal registrations, forecast revenue, and ensure data integrity across Salesforce, Anaplan, Tableau, and PRM platforms. A strong analytical mindset and collaborative approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
• 3+ years in Channel/Partner/Sales/Revenue Operations or similar analytics.
• Advanced Excel, Google Workspace, and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with Salesforce, Anaplan, Tableau, or similar systems.
• Working knowledge of partner programs and PRM tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with urgency.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reporting for partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline.
• Support partner program operations, including tier, incentive, and onboarding metrics.
• Manage deal registration and partner opportunity data across systems.
• Analyze partner coverage, activity, and productivity to identify gaps.
• Support partner revenue forecasting by reconciling data with Salesforce and finance.
