Job summary

Xometry seeks a Data Analyst embedded in the Sales Operations function within the Sales/Marketing domain. You will deliver analyses, experiments, and dashboards that drive measurable outcomes, working end-to-end: clarifying the problem, shaping metrics, partnering with DWH, and building usable tools, leveraging AI/LLM tools to move faster and supporting adoption.

The scope of the role is cross-regional. Start fully remote with hybrid format following the opening of a Sofia office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Data Science, Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years in analytics or data science, preferably in B2B/B2C marketplaces
• Strong SQL and Python; dashboarding experience (Looker, Tableau, Qlik, or similar)
• Familiarity with Git, JIRA, Confluence, or equivalents
• Quantitative skills in probability, statistics, A/B testing, regression, time-series
• AI-Native: use of AI coding assistants and LLMs for analysis and prototyping
• Fluent English; Russian a plus

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to define problems, metrics, hypotheses, and experiments
• Build and maintain dashboards; ensure data quality and actionable insights
• Model commission plans, quotas, and forecasting; monitor KPIs and trends
• Design territory and staffing scenarios; optimize go-to-market and coverage models
• Automate root-cause analysis of forecast fluctuations and improve forecast quality
