GameChange Energy is seeking a Corporate Development Analyst to support strategic growth through mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, partnerships, and corporate strategy.

The analyst will work closely with senior leadership to evaluate acquisition targets, build financial models, conduct industry research, and execute strategic transactions that strengthen the company's leadership in renewable energy technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Investment Banking, Transaction Advisory, Corporate Development, Private Equity, Strategic Finance, Big Four Deal Advisory.
• Advanced Excel modeling skills.
• PowerPoint presentation expertise.
• Strong financial statement analysis.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Passion for renewable energy and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• M&A – Build detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and investment cases for acquisitions and strategic investments
• Support all phases of the M&A lifecycle including: Target identification
• Financial Analysis
• Due Diligence – Deal runner
• Deal execution
• Integration Planning
• Prepare presentations and material for executive leadership, board meetings, lenders, and investors
• Conduct Market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking
• Evaluate partnerships, joint ventures, and strategic growth opportunities
• Assist with 45X Tax Credit Sales
• Special Projects supporting office of CFO
• Lead or support high-priority cross-functional initiatives involving Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, and IT.
• Improve financial reporting and decision-making processes through automation and analytics.
• Assist with ERP implementations, business integrations, and process improvement initiatives.

The Corporate Development Analyst will support GameChange Energy’s strategic growth initiatives through mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, partnerships, and corporate strategy. The analyst will work closely with senior leadership to evaluate acquisition targets, build financial models, conduct industry research, and execute strategic transactions that strengthen the company's leadership in renewable energy technology.
