GameChange Solar is seeking a Supply Chains Systems & Training Specialist. The ideal candidate is a Netsuite specialist who will execute and monitor daily inventory transactions in NetSuite with speed and accuracy, under the governance of the Director of Supply Chain Systems.

Supply Chain Systems & Training Specialist Responsibilities:

Transaction Processing

• Daily processing of Bulk Data via CSV imports from Vendors
• Guiding the team and ensuring Transactional discipline
• Lot# Item Receipts/Assembly Builds reflective 3rd party mfg.
• Transfer Order management
• Intercompany transactions
• Delivery Schedules and Packing list generation.
• Ensure program reporting health/Visibility
• Production Scrap and reconciliation
• Validate transaction accuracy before posting.
• Unreceived POs
• Open TOs
• Partially fulfilled Sales Orders
• Monthly inventory reconciliation support at Vendor site
• Investigate discrepancies and escalate exceptions promptly.

Reporting & Support

• Support, train and lead the Program team in their NetSuite tasks.
• Maintain daily saved searches and dashboards for others.
• Support month-end inventory close activities.
• Partner with Operations to resolve execution gaps.

Supply Chain Systems & Training Specialist Skills & Qualifications/Requirements:

• 3+ years hands-on NetSuite inventory experience
• Strong understanding of:

NetSuite Transactions

GL impact

Lot# inventory consumption and production

• Ability to identify issues, not just process transactions
• Experience with intercompany inventory flows preferred
• Manufacturing or logistics exposure preferred
• CSV importing experience preferred
