Jones Lang LaSalle in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Customer Service Representative to earn trust and help close deals. If you have experience with Gorgias and a year in sales/marketing, you’ll coordinate campaigns, manage partner relationships, and craft outreach that resonates with junior buyers.

Take the lead on email sequences, link ad spend to revenue, and work with local partners on co-marketing initiatives. A remote option is available and mentorship is provided.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year building expertise within the sales/marketing space.
• Knowledge of the Arizona market or strong regional sensibility.
• Strong communication discipline and the ability to over-share early and trim later.
• Calm under the data-driven, fast-paced environment of a junior sales role.
• Ability to read and interpret market signals from campaigns and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Sit in on demos and refine the script after each loss.
• Coordinate with agencies and vendors to deliver campaigns on time and on budget.
• Maintain relationships that demonstrate the AZ presence and credibility.
• Draft email sequences that get opened and engaged.
• Close the loop between ad spend and revenue, dollar for dollar.
• Draft cold outreach copy that survives a junior buyer's inbox.
• Beat prior quarter revenue targets while protecting the sales pipeline.
• Educate AZ partners on co-marketing opportunities that earn commitments.
