Job summary

iPromo is seeking an Account Executive Team Manager to lead a 5–10 person junior AE group, driving pipeline discipline, activity standards, and revenue performance while working fully remotely.

The role reports to the VP of Sales; base salary is $80,000–$110,000 with bonus, plus comprehensive benefits and unlimited PTO. Remote work is nationwide, with residency in one of listed states.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years in sales with 2+ years managing reps.
• Promotional products experience preferred, with a 2 year longevity.
• Strong CRM and reporting skills — HubSpot and commonsku a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pipeline creation & health — ensure strong pipeline, run weekly reviews, fix gaps fast.
• Activity accountability — enforce activity standards and follow-up discipline across the team.
• Account penetration — coach reps to expand within accounts and build multi-threaded relationships.
• Performance management — coach directly, enforce standards, manage underperformers early.
• Sales process discipline — improve CRM hygiene (HubSpot, commonsku), forecasting, and deal execution.
