B2B Realty, a remote-friendly Ohio-based property management and real estate brokerage, seeks a Sales Manager to run the day-to-day sales operations. You will lead two US-based Sales Associates, own the monthly target, and oversee follow-up, closing, and pipeline discipline.

The role emphasizes coaching, CRM management in LeadSimple, and regular sales reporting. A strong track record in sales with US client communication is required, with availability for US Eastern hours in a fully remote

Qualifications

• At least five years of overall sales experience, including three in sales operations or management.
• Hands-on experience running a CRM as an administrator.
• Fluent written English and good spoken English with US clients.
• Strong skills in sales reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead two US-based Sales Associates and own monthly target.
• Run weekly deal reviews; decide follow-up channels and messages.
• Assign and reassign leads across the team; step in when needed.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and stage discipline in LeadSimple.
• Support closing larger deals and approve concessions within limits.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Ensure handover to operations with complete information.
• Act as link between sales and operations when issues arise.
• Coach and onboard new sales team members.
