Job summary

Delta Electronics Americas seeks an OBM Sales Manager to promote Delta automation products to industrial key accounts in the United States. You will identify new customers, engage directly with potential buyers, and manage relationships from initial contact to executive levels.

Must have 5+ years selling power solutions, engineering background (BSEE preferred), and ability to travel up to 50%. Mandarin is a plus; strong communication and strategic planning skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Min. 5+ yrs of experience selling off-the-shelf and customized power supplies to industrial key accounts.
• Engineering background is a MUST; BSEE preferred.
• Mandarin speaking ability is a plus and travel up to 50% is required.
• Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify new segments/customers to promote Delta automation products and capabilities.
• Engage new target customers directly, including cold calling, and establish links with commercial/engineering contacts.
• Act as lead point of contact for responsible customers and maintain product roadmap knowledge.
• Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships from daily operations to executive levels.
• Ensure timely delivery and meet Delta objectives; provide budget/forecast metrics for assigned accounts.
• Maintain active CRM updates and generate new opportunities; travel as needed.
