Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting is seeking a Sales Manager for a fully remote role. The position targets building and managing partnerships with restaurant operators across the US, driving the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, and achieving key performance metrics.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, team collaboration, and 1+ year of sales experience, with proficiency in CRM tools. A Bachelor's in business is preferred, and bilingual English/Chinese is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• 1+ year of relevant sales experience preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM and sales tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with restaurant partners.
• Prospect and qualify new opportunities and drive outbound outreach.
• Conduct product demos and tailor solutions to client needs.
• Own the full sales cycle from outreach to closing.
• Meet and exceed KPIs including new partner acquisition.
