Qualifications

• Experience selling cloud solutions to BSP executive teams.
• Experience coordinating and orchestrating a matrixed team.
• Strong customer facing and relationship management skills with negotiation and influencing abilities.
• Excellent discovery process and ability to leverage questions to lead discussions.
• Successful track record of sales success with increasingly complex deal and solution sales.
• Well developed sales process focused on business outcomes.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• 4+ years of successful experience in related sales and strategy execution.
• Regional travel is required (approximately 50%-60%).
• Must have a valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Sell multi-year complex business relationships to senior client executives, including CEO, CFO, CIO, and boards.
• Create and lead territory and account strategies to maximize revenue across Calix offerings.
• Collaborate with executives, procurement, marketing, planning, engineering and network operations to drive value.
• Promote the Calix Platform vision and value proposition to clients.
• Partner with other companies to enhance Calix solutions and relationships.
