Job summary

Civ Robotics is hiring a Sales Engineer to join our San Francisco sales team. This role combines pre‑sales demos, technical discovery, and deployment support to drive customer adoption of our robotics platforms.

You’ll partner with Sales, CS, Operations and Engineering, solving hands‑on challenges on customer sites while traveling to job sites as needed. This in‑office role supports growth and revenue in a fast‑paced startup.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a Sales Engineer / Solutions Engineer / Field Engineer / Technical Account / Robotics Field Ops type role.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and run product demos (office + on-site).
• Support deployments, training, and hands-on troubleshooting of robotic/electrical systems.
• Partner with Sales, CS, Product, and Engineering to drive renewals, upsells, and ROI discussions.
• Join customer check-ins as the technical voice on outcomes and roadmap alignment.
