Job summary

Civ Robotics in San Francisco is seeking a Sales Engineer to lead technical conversations across the customer lifecycle, from pre-sales demos to deployments and adoption. You will partner with Sales, Customer Success, Operations, and Engineering to help customers succeed with Civ Robotics' autonomous navigation technology on real-world construction sites.

This role requires hands-on problem solving and regular travel to job sites.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Sales Engineer / similar field facing customers.
• Hands-on experience with robotics hardware and software systems.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot in real-world environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery, demos, and evaluations for customers.
• Collaborate with Sales, CS, Ops and Engineering to enable deployments.
• Provide hands-on training and support during deployment and adoption.
• Contribute to playbooks, references, and case studies; drive ROI.
