Job summary

As the face of the company, you will collaborate with Marketing and Engineering to craft proposals, respond to RFQs, and close opportunities for EMI filters, transformers, and power products. This role is home-based in the region.

Qualifications

• Experience with EMI and power electronics products.
• Consultative selling skills to tailor solutions.
• Ability to align internal teams to customer needs.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel ~60% and work from home office.

Responsibilities

• Achieve budgeted sales objectives and new-account goals.
• Develop relationships with engineering and commercial contacts.
• Collaborate on design opportunities and program requirements.
• Prepare pricing and negotiate quotations and contracts.
• Create proposals and RFP/RFQ responses with Marketing and Engineering.
• Coordinate with Field Applications Engineer on technical opportunities.
• Manage customer satisfaction and advance opportunities.
• Qualify and progress sales leads and opportunities.
• Coordinate resolution of customer concerns and actions.
• Attend trade shows to engage prospective customers.
• Maintain accurate opportunity and contact data in Salesforce.
