Phoenix Laser Solutions is seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer to provide end-to-end solutions for metal addition applications and related processes. You will manage customer expectations, expand the existing base, and cultivate new opportunities in the US market.

You will maintain CRM data, build relationships with decision-makers, and identify needs to recommend appropriate Phoenix Laser Solutions technology and services. Travel for in-person meetings with customers and partners will be required.

Qualifications

• Technical aptitude to understand customer needs in tool and die / machining
• Strong business acumen and solution selling approach
• Proven ability to build relationships with decision-makers
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Manage customer expectations and deliver high levels of service
• Grow and maintain the existing customer base while generating new leads in the assigned territory
• Maintain CRM updates and ensure data accuracy
• Identify customer needs and match Phoenix Laser Solutions technology to requirements
• Monitor market activity and provide feedback to leadership
• Develop plans to understand customers' business processes and drive sales growth
