Phoenix Laser Solutions is seeking a Sales Engineer to provide end-to-end solutions for metal addition applications, including restoration, new production, and margin enhancements. You will travel to meet customers, grow the territory, and expand relationships with decision-makers while leveraging Phoenix Laser Solutions’ cutting-edge cladding and welding technologies.

Qualifications

• A technically inclined game changer, with the ability to create new business opportunities from a complex and competitive business landscape.
• Bonus Qualification: A degree in Industrial Technology or Engineering with machining experience a definite plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain our existing customer base and proactively cultivate new customer leads in the assigned territory.
• Maintain CRM updates for assigned accounts along with ensuring data is current and accurate.
• Strategically build relationships with decision-makers and end users by introducing Phoenix Laser Solution’s technology and products while identifying needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
• Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership.
• Develop plans and strategies for understanding our customer's business and processes to increase sales volume and grow the territory.
• Travel for in-person meetings with customers and partners to develop key relationships.
