Techmer PM is seeking a Sales Engineer for Engineered Compounds in a remote role, with a preferred focus on the Minnesota and Wisconsin regions. The position offers a salary range of $105,000 to $160,000 and requires 60%–80% travel for customer engagements, trials, and technical discussions.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow assigned accounts with revenue, margin, and new growth.
• Develop and execute account growth plans focused on application expansion.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new customer and application opportunities.
• Maintain a qualified sales pipeline equal to at least 2× territory quota.
• Log all customer interactions and pipeline activity in CRM (Salesforce).
• Travel 60–80% for customer engagements, trials, and events.
