Job summary
Phillips Corporation in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a high-energy Sales Engineer to drive growth for our additive manufacturing offerings. You will be the face of entry-to-mid-level technologies, engaging education-focused accounts, nurturing early adopters, and conducting consultative discoveries to identify the right solutions.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of outside, industrial or manufacturing sales experience.
- Experience selling capital equipment, manufacturing technology, automation, software-enabled hardware, or technical services.
- Comfortable traveling throughout a defined territory and meeting with clients regularly.
- Excellent understanding of engineering, additive/3D printing or similar field.
- Experience with aerospace, defense, medical, energy, contract manufacturing, or advanced manufacturing is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Engage education-focused accounts and nurture early-stage adopters to build value-focused pipeline.
- Act as the face of entry-to-mid-level additive technologies and conduct consultative, application-fit discoveries.
- Identify when accounts are ready for heavy industrial scaling and hand off to Regional Account Managers.
- Maintain exceptional CRM discipline and collaborate with applications team, OEM partners, and clients.
