Job summary

Lighthouse Document Technologies Inc is seeking a Discovery Consultant to support outside sales professionals, maximize revenue, and manage relationships with clients and prospects across the US. This remote role emphasizes accurate Salesforce data, proactive outreach, and strategic collaboration with internal teams.

You will assist with lead generation, proposal preparation, meeting coordination, and contract support while maintaining rigorous attention to detail and professional communication.

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree required; strong written and verbal communication essential.
• Experience supporting a sales team with prospecting and account planning is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce.com and ability to manage a pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Assist outside sales pros in generating leads, projects, and client relationships.
• Help develop and implement strategic sales plans; maintain Salesforce pipeline.
• Set meetings for executives and conduct outbound outreach for conferences.
• Prepare estimates, proposals, and responses to RFPs/RFIs for eDiscovery services.
• Coordinate with project management, billing, and operations to ensure delivery.
• Review invoices for pricing accuracy and budget adherence.
• Support client reporting and communications with follow-up discussions.
