Cigna Group is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Administration professional to support North American sales for Cigna Global Health Benefits. You will combine sales support, data analysis and cross-functional coordination to strengthen proposals, support new business and improve client outcomes.

The role emphasizes organization, problem solving and partnership-building to help a fast-moving sales team succeed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in admin or sales-support roles.
• Strong organization and time-management to handle parallel priorities.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Accountability and proactive service.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales reps to prepare accurate new-sale quotes with underwriting input.
• Create client-focused proposals and tailored sales presentations.
• Coordinate new-business implementation with internal and external partners.
• Respond to inquiries, resolve issues and connect partners to resources.
• Prepare applications and documents, coordinating with operations.
• Maintain Salesforce data and generate standard/custom reports.
• Use enterprise tools to perform ad hoc analyses and provide insights.
• Build cross-team relationships to move work forward.
• Contribute to market projects and process improvements.
