• 2+ years experience in administrative, sales support or related role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, multi-priority handling.
• Analytical and research skills with attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication with proofreading ability.
• Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit accurate new-sale quotes with package and group benefits.
• Create client-focused proposals and tailored sales presentations.
• Coordinate new-business installation with internal and external partners.
• Respond to inquiries from prospects and brokers; resolve issues.
• Maintain Salesforce data and generate standard/custom reports.
