Job summary

The Cigna Group (Evernorth) seeks a Client Enablement Advisor to provide subject matter expertise across the end-to-end sales process for Pharmaceutical Manufacturers. You will translate business questions into Forsyth data-based solutions and collaborate with Data, Product, and Business Development teams to deliver client value.

You will coordinate SOW content, ensure alignment with contract deliverables, and drive client success through strong internal and external partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience supporting data sales in life sciences.
• Strong analytical skills, proficiency with SQL and Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple, high-visibility projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Understand client problems and assess needs through investigation.
• Translate client questions into data-based solutions aligned to Forsyth data model.
• Coordinate content for SOW and map client needs to data and products.
• Establish relationships and serve as primary POC for service delivery.
