Job summary

Eurofins Environment Testing (USA) is seeking an Inside Sales representative to serve as the laboratory’s primary point of contact for client service and sales activities. You will support the outside sales team by coordinating RFP submittals, managing contract documents, onboarding customers, directing new leads or RFP notices, and generating/managing new leads for medium and small municipal targets.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Chemistry, Sciences, Marketing, or related field (four years experience may substitute for a degree).
• 2+ years inside sales or customer service experience.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
• Professional working proficiency in English is a requirement, including reading, writing and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the laboratories’ primary point of contact for client service and/or sales related activities.
• Coordinate RFP submittal, manage contract documents, and onboarding of customers.
• Develop and manage new leads for medium and small municipal targets.
• Provide support to outside sales – quoting, bid preparation, lead management.
