Cognizant is seeking a Sales Director for BPO & Digital Operations within the CMT segment. You will accelerate growth, shape multi-million-dollar transformations, and lead new logo acquisition while driving revenue, margin, and pipeline performance.

You will build executive relationships, partner with cross-functional teams, and own end-to-end deal shaping, forecasting, and budgeting to deliver measurable outcomes. Strong leadership and AI-enabled transformation perspective are valued.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in digital-native or technology-driven environments
• Proven experience leading large, complex BPO and Digital Operations deals
• Strong analytical mindset for ROI-led solutioning and operating-model strategy

Responsabilités

• Lead new logo acquisition and portfolio growth for Digital Operations in the CMT segment
• Establish executive relationships with senior client stakeholders and act as trusted advisor
• Lead end-to-end account ownership including deal shaping, forecasting, budgeting and P&L accountability
