Job summary

Red River is seeking a Sales Development Representative to generate interest in IT services and set appointments for Account Executives. The role involves heavy phone outreach, email, LinkedIn, and various sales tools to build a robust pipeline.

You will work with Marketing and Sales to manage inbound leads, reach executive-level prospects, and meet monthly quotas while developing your skills for future growth within the company.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Ability to prospect for new business by phone daily
• Ability to build professional rapport with prospects at Executive or C level via phone, email, LinkedIn
• Ability to uncover opportunities via probing questions by phone/email/LinkedIn

Responsibilities

• Uncover opportunities for Account Executives to sell IT Managed Services, Cloud, Cyber Security and more
• Make effective use of telephone, email, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Outreach IO, social media and other sales tools
• Work to achieve monthly quotas for qualified sales opportunities
• Collaborate with Sales to schedule meetings and uncover new opportunities
• Collaborate with Marketing to manage inbound leads and develop pipeline
• Use Outreach for lead and opportunity management
