Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication for persuasive sales messaging.
• Experience with CRM data tracking and metrics.
• Ability to manage multiple deals independently and prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities

• Own and close small-deal opportunities from qualification to final execution.
• Craft and run multi-channel outreach to re-engage prospects.
• Keep accounts active with regular outreach.
• Partner with senior sales reps and marketing to align outreach with goals.
• Use AI tools to accelerate research, messaging, and prospecting.
• Identify new pipeline opportunities using data sources like government spend data.
• Test outbound tactics to scale success.
• Maintain clean Salesforce data and run pipeline reviews.
• Coordinate contractor support for outreach or admin tasks.
