Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication, with persuasive sales messaging.
• Proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset, able to spot gaps and propose fixes.
• Comfort with CRM data, tracking trends, and maintaining metrics.
• Ability to manage your own workload, prioritize deals, and direct contractor tasks.

Responsibilities

• Own and close small-deal opportunities from qualification through execution.
• Create and run multi-channel outreach (email, video, phone, mail) to re-engage prospects.
• Keep accounts active with regular outreach to prevent gaps.
• Partner with senior reps, marketing, and sales ops to align outreach with goals.
• Use AI tools and sales tech to speed up research, messaging, and prospecting.
• Identify new pipeline using data sources like government spend data and district overlays.
• Test new outbound tactics to scale results.
• Maintain clean Salesforce data and run pipeline reviews.
• Direct contractor support for outreach or admin tasks as needed.
