Job summary

JTB Hawaii Travel, LLC is seeking a motivated student for the Hawaii Associate Sales Development role to support sales strategies and client outreach. The position offers exposure to travel industry marketing and event promotion.

You will assist in market research, prepare presentations, and coordinate events, working with cross-functional teams to align with branding initiatives. Normal hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with potential overtime during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a university studying a degree program in Business/Travel Industry Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Possess strong communication and customer service skills.
• Possess excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Japanese language proficiency is preferred, but not required.
• Able to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
