Job summary

JTB Hawaii Travel, LLC is seeking an Associate for the Tourism Platform Development initiative in Hawaii. The role supports daily operations, data collection, and coordination across PoC, service development, and digital platform tasks.

Responsibilities include market research, testing new services, coordinating transportation, updating digital content, and assisting with partner development and ancillary offerings. Strong English/Japanese skills and basic MS Office are preferred.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience.
• 0–3 years of relevant experience in administrative, digital, or support roles preferred.
• Basic communication skills in English and Japanese (verbal and written).
• Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with team members.
• Basic interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in market research & analysis for travel demand, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.
• Assist in testing new services, features, and operational processes; collect and organize data (usage logs, feedback, GPS/MAP data).
• Coordinate transportation services (airport transfer, trolley, shuttle) and support daily operations.
• Update digital content and maintain system data; coordinate with internal teams and vendors.
• Support partner development and coordination; schedule meetings and prepare materials.
