Lakeshore Learning Materials, LLC is seeking a Sales Data Analyst to join our Sales Operations team. You’ll translate raw data into clear, reliable reporting used by sales and cross-functional teams to drive smarter decisions.

You will build dashboards, audit data accuracy, and partner with multiple teams to deliver timely insights. This is a fully remote role with a home-office setup required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales analysis, business analysis, data analysis, or a closely related field.
• High proficiency in Excel, including Power Query, and experience working with a CRM such as Salesforce.
• Hands-on experience with a business intelligence tool such as Power BI or a comparable platform.
• Demonstrated ability to audit, validate, and maintain data accuracy across reporting workflows.
• This is a fully remote role; reliable home office setup and self-directed work habits required.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and distribute sales reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses that track pipeline activity, customer trends, and sales performance.
• Extract and transform data from Salesforce, Data lake and warehouse systems, and business intelligence platforms to support accurate, consistent reporting across the organization.
• Run routine data audits and validation checks to catch gaps, flag inconsistencies, and keep reporting outputs trustworthy.
• Partner with Retail, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Bid, IT, and other teams to understand reporting needs, troubleshoot data issues, and deliver timely insights.
• Document reporting processes, support tool maintenance, and continuously look for ways to improve how we build and share data.
