Job summary

The J.M. Smucker Company is seeking a Sales Coordinator for the East Pet Sales Team. This role provides key support across the sales organization, handling daily, weekly, and monthly reporting, system/data maintenance, and preparation for customer meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2 years of business experience (full-time and/or internship).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated PowerPoint experience putting data and graphs into presentation-ready formats.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own custom reporting needs, developing and interpreting data to provide insights to sales.
• Create and maintain merchandising planners for the commercial organization.
• Assist managers with admin needs: contracts, item setup, cost changes, audits, deductions and reclaim management.
• Support promotional planning and maintenance in the Trade Planning System.
• Develop presentations supporting sales priorities and initiatives with the sales team.
• Manage customer system reporting with analytics to improve performance.
• Coordinate for sales team business reviews and invoicing/payments as needed.
• Assist in market visits and key internal/customer meetings.
• Support ongoing special projects and office supply needs.
