The J. M. Smucker Company is seeking a Sales Coordinator for the East Pet Sales Team.

This role provides key support to the sales organization, handling daily, weekly, and monthly reporting, data maintenance, and meeting prep to drive sales targets. Responsibilities include merchandising planning, contract and item setups, promotional planning, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure pricing, promotions, and merchandising plans are executed flawlessly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2 years of business experience (full-time and/or internship).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Demonstrated PowerPoint experience putting data and graphs into presentation-ready formats.
• Strong desire to learn and succeed.
• Self-motivated, organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide daily, weekly and monthly ad-hoc reporting and data maintenance for the East Pet Sales Team.
• Create and maintain merchandising planners for the commercial organization.
• Assist in customer contracts, new item set up, pricing changes, and audit resolution.
• Support promotional planning and Trade Planning System activities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop item presentations and analyze business trends.
