Mutual of Omaha is seeking a Sales Compensation Analyst II to ensure accurate and timely commission payments. You will handle compensation inquiries, analyze data, and contribute to process improvements while maintaining a customer-first approach.

The role offers an hourly wage of $21.25–$26.38 with an annual bonus opportunity, a 401(k) plan with company contributions and match, and paid time off. Applicants must be able to work remotely from the United States or Puerto Rico.

Responsabilidades

• Answer incoming calls and assist with questions about Compensation payments and processes.
• Calculate and process commission payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies.
• Maintain and update compensation records, including rates, formulas, and program changes.
• Review and reconcile commission accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
• Analyze compensation programs, suggest improvements, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance processes.
• Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and continuous improvement in compensation workflows.
