Qualifications

• 5+ years project experience in a hands-on position.
• 10+ implementations experiences of Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• 5+ years of Salesforce in a development or configuration capacity.
• Understanding of Sales, Sales Operations, Product, and Business Operations with experience solving Complex Use Cases utilizing the breadth of the Salesforce Platform.
• Understanding of Release Management, Application Lifecycle Management, Development Lifecycle and Deployment Best Practices and Governance.
• Client-facing experience in Pre-Sales, Project Management/Ownership, Discovery and Design, Delivering Solution Options to Customers, Enterprise Application Architecture.

Responsibilities

• Define requirements and propose Sales Cloud solutions for customers.
• Lead end-to-end implementation including design, development, QA, and launch.
• Configure Salesforce using point-and-click tools and platform features.
• Collaborate with Salesforce and AI teams to deliver innovative solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior team members on best practices.
• Interface with Salesforce to craft new solution perspectives.
