Job summary

NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture seeks a Technical Architect to join our Revenue Solutions technical team. You will contribute as a customer-facing resource, collaborating with AI teams and customers to design dashboards, dataflows, and best practices for Einstein Analytics.

We value 5+ years on Salesforce, experience with SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics, and strong architecture knowledge. Travel internationally and English proficiency are required for this role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years on the Salesforce platform in a technical role.
• End-to-end project implementation with integrations (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics).
• Strong understanding of multi-tenant and integration architecture.
• CI/CD and PaaS/IaaS (Heroku, AWS, Azure) proficiency.
• Apex, Lightning Components and Visualforce development experience.
• Salesforce Architect Certifications (Application and System Architect).
• Full English proficiency and ability to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Design dashboards and reports with business users to enable data visibility for leaders and teams.
• Translate business reporting requirements into technical specs for dashboards.
• Provide insights to users and teammates on optimal reporting approaches.
• Develop dataflows and lenses in Salesforce Einstein Analytics to meet needs.
• Set best practices for dataflow, lenses, dashboards and deployment.
• Define operations and refresh standards aligned to global data strategy.
