Job summary

ECF Data, LLC, based in Las Vegas, is seeking an entry/junior level Sales and Business Development Representative. This fully remote role focuses on outbound calling, presenting our MS Office-enabled solutions, and building professional client relationships.

You will aim to meet sales targets, coordinate with teams, manage inquiries, and develop sales materials while gaining exposure to CRM practices and the wider business. College graduates encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Familiarity with CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships
• Minimum of 2 years of related work experience or demonstrated equivalent training
• Excellent selling, communications and negotiation skills
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
• Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge
• College graduate or higher

Responsibilities

• Outbound calling to clients providing information on products and services
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• Answer customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Willingness to learn all business aspects of our company and clients
• Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals
• Other duties to be assigned
