Job summary

ServiceMaster Restoration in New Jersey is seeking a proactive Sales & Business Development Representative to drive the growth of commercial restoration services. You will develop new opportunities, nurture insurer relationships, and manage activities through our CRM to meet sales targets.

The role emphasizes field outreach, client visits, and presenting restoration solutions for water, fire, mold, and storm damage. Flexible work-from-home options may apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales or business development with a track record of building client relationships.
• Experience in disaster restoration, insurance, property management, construction, or related industries is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills; able to work independently and manage a schedule.
• Familiarity with CRM systems for entering contacts and tracking sales activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with insurance agents, brokers, property managers, facility managers, and commercial property owners.
• Identify and pursue new commercial restoration opportunities.
• Generate business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and client visits.
• Promote restoration services including water, fire, mold, storm damage and reconstruction.
• Schedule and participate in client meetings, presentations, and networking events.
• Track leads, contacts, and sales activities using the company CRM.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Work toward established sales goals and business development targets.
