Job summary

ServiceMaster Restoration in New Jersey is seeking a motivated Sales & Business Development Representative to grow our commercial accounts and insurance agent relationships. You will develop new opportunities, visit clients, and manage sales activities through our CRM to achieve targets.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, and capable of building professional relationships with insurance professionals, property managers, and business owners.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales, business development, or account management preferred.
• Experience in disaster restoration, insurance, property management, construction, or related industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with insurance agents, brokers, property managers, facility managers, and commercial clients.
• Identify and pursue new commercial restoration opportunities.
• Generate business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and client visits.
• Promote emergency restoration services (water, fire, mold, storm, reconstruction).
• Conduct regular in-person visits with referral partners and schedule client meetings and events.
• Maintain CRM with leads, contacts, follow-ups, and sales activities.
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure positive customer experience.
• Work toward sales goals and business development targets.
