Qualifikationen

• Minimum three years of hands-on sales and business development experience across multiple sectors.
• Versatility in prospecting, relationship-building, and deal execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.
• Experience analyzing interview or assessment processes is a plus.
• Ability to provide structured feedback and actionable recommendations.
• Comfort adapting to new tools in a remote setting.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving, with openness to emerging technologies.

• Evaluate AI interview models by responding to scenario-based sales questions.
• Provide detailed feedback on relevance, accuracy, and realism of AI questions.
• Simulate sales conversations across various industries and deal types.

• Contribute to project guidelines from a sales expert perspective.
• Engage in knowledge sharing with other SMEs as needed.
