You will evaluate AI interview scenarios, simulate conversations across industries, document observations, and share best practices for lead qualification and closing strategies.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of hands-on sales and business development experience across multiple markets.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with clarity and detail.
• Experience analyzing and critiquing interview or assessment processes is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate AI interview models by answering scenario-based sales questions.
• Provide detailed feedback on relevance, accuracy, and realism of AI-generated questions and answers.
• Simulate authentic sales conversations across industries and deal types with AI models.
• Document observations and highlight strengths and areas for improvement in AI performance.
• Offer insights on sales best practices, objection handling, lead qualification, and closing strategies.
• Contribute to refinement of project guidelines from a sales expert perspective.
