Job summary

Workiva is seeking a Sales Analyst Intern to support Sales, Finance, Accounting, Legal, Marketing and Customer Success. You will assist with sales data analysis, renewal engagement, revenue retention support, reporting, and data cleaning.

This internship is primarily a remote opportunity with the option for hybrid work near our office hubs. You will build dashboards, help with renewal quotes, and drive data-driven decisions while collaborating across teams.

Qualifications

• Actively enrolled in a degree-seeking program in Business or related field.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Google Docs.
• Demonstrated communication and leadership skills through roles in community, school, or other programs.

Responsibilities

• Perform Sales Analytics and Reporting tasks to support sales performance.
• Execute renewal lifecycle activities, including notifications, quotes, and renewal closing.
• Engage with renewal overlays to support revenue retention.
• Promote process improvements for new and existing processes.
• Validate sales activities to ensure data integrity.
• Build cross-functional relationships to integrate Sales Operations.
• Assist with data collection and interpretation to drive sales production.
